ReCard Platform Newbie Registration Guide

Many new users have just arrived on the ReCard platform but are unsure how to register as a member. In this step-by-step registration guide, we’ll walk you through how to easily create a ReCard account and troubleshoot any issues you might encounter. Whether you’re using the ReCard mobile app or visiting the official website, follow these simple steps to get started.

Step 1: Access the ReCard Platform

You can register in two ways:

Mobile App: Download the ReCard app (available on Google Play or the iOS App Store).

Official Website: Visit ReCard’s official website using your browser.

Step 2: Click “Sign Up”

Once you open the ReCard app or website, look for the “Sign Up” button (usually prominently displayed) and click it to begin registration.

Step 3: Enter Your Mobile Number or Email

You can register using either your phone number or email address. Enter the required information—this will be one of your login credentials.

Step 4: Receive & Enter Verification Code

After submitting your phone number or email, ReCard will send a verification code via SMS or email. Check your messages or inbox (including the spam folder) and enter the code to verify your identity.

Step 5: Set a Secure Password

Create a strong password (a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters) to protect your account.

Step 6: Choose a Username

Pick a unique username that will represent you on ReCard. You can also upload a profile picture to personalize your account.

Step 7: Enter an Invitation Code (Optional)

If a friend or ReCard representative gave you an invitation code, you can enter it here. This step is optional—skip it if you don’t have one.

Step 8: Complete Registration

After filling in all details, click “Register”—congratulations, your ReCard account is now ready! You can log in using your registered email/phone and password.

Step 9: Enable Two-Factor Authentication (Recommended)

For extra security, we recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings. This adds another layer of protection against unauthorized access.

Troubleshooting Registration Issues

❌ Not receiving the verification code?

Check your spam/junk folder.

Ensure you entered the correct phone number/email.

Wait a few minutes and request the code again.

❌ Registration failed?

Try using a different registration method (email instead of phone, or vice versa).

Clear your browser cache or restart the app.
