To further enhance transaction security and user trust, we have upgraded our merchant onboarding standards. Effective immediately, the required merchant security deposit has increased from 20,000 to 30,000. All existing merchants must complete the additional deposit payment by June 1st.

Updated Merchant Requirements:

• Valid business registration documents from your country of operation

✅ Financial Audit Report
• Annual financial statements audited by a certified accounting firm

✅ Regulatory Compliance
• Full adherence to local gift card trading laws and tax regulations

✅ On-Site Verification
• Mandatory physical inspection by ReCard’s certification team

✅ Company Capacity
• Minimum 50 employees to ensure operational scalability

✅ Responsive Communication
• 24-hour response time for customer and platform inquiries

✅ Security Deposit ($30,000)
• Serves as compensation guarantee (10x penalty for fraudulent transactions)
